Some words from the organizer of the rally:

The energy at Atlanta’s United4Iran rally on July 25th 2009 was completely electric. Our group was exctatic and fully charged. Chants of Democracy and Peace and Human RIGHTS hit the streets of Atlanta with atomic force and rose to the heavans with the intention of reaching back home… People in the traffic passing by were pumping their fists, throwing peace signs at us, and cheering us on. They were honking their horns so much that we couldn’t hear our chants anymore and I began to feel as if I was in one of those videos from Tehran… I have never been so inspired, I have never been so proud and I have never seen such unspoken understanding between the cultures of IRAN and America!!!
